W. J. Subash
 Born and raised in south India in a family of five children, Subash became a
follower of Jesus Christ in Aug 1983. After a brief career in a tea and coffee
plantation, in 1987, Subash decided to become a career missionary. Until Aug
2000, Subash served in the area of church planting and training. In Aug 2000,
in connection with his Ph.D. studies, Subash and his family moved to Dallas.
Subash and his wife Alice have two teenage children: Jonathan and Judith.
While in seminary, they continued their ministry to Asian Indians in DFW.

Jerel Kuravackal
 Jerel and his wife Leeza both grew up in Houston, TX and became followers of Christ at young ages. Jerel graduated from the University of Houston in 2002 and worked for some time in the IT industry before being called into full time vocational ministry. In preparation for ministry, Jerel attented Dallas Theological Seminary and graduated in 2010 with a degree in Cross-Cultural Ministry. Jerel and Leeza (who is also pursuing a degree from DTS) are both passionate about missions and are excited to help The Crossroad fulfill its vision to reach the South Asian population in DFW with the gospel of Jesus Christ.

Shawn Varghese
 Shawn was born and raised in Queens, NY. He became a follower of Christ in his late teens during an intellectual battle with God. Shawn has an ability to engage second generation Indians through his diversified spiritual background, warm personality, and sharp mind. His desire is to return to New York City and plant a church. Shawn graduated from New York University in music and currently pursues a degree at Dallas Theological Seminary.
